At Duke Hospitality, once the doors open, the work has just begun. Throughout the construction process, interviews are conducted and new employees are trained to begin providing outstanding service to guests from day-one. All of our management staff is highly experienced and trained and reports directly to the Duke Hospitality leadership team. Our focus on details, long before opening, creates a staff that is accountable, motivated, and prepared to take care of our guests. At Duke Hospitality, we strongly believe that one of the key factors in achieving higher RevPar is higher guest satisfaction.

The associates of Duke Hospitality are highly motivated and enjoy a family-oriented atmosphere where personal attention is never forgotten. We encourage all of our associates to achieve leadership positions and try, whenever possible, to promote from within.

Monthly Quality Assurance audits are conducted for each hotel by a member of the Duke Hospitality leadership team. Each member of management works closely with the sales team to ensure that successful operations and sales are a combined effort.
