TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
At Duke Hospitality, we understand the challenges of job training in a fast-paced, technology driven environment. We work with all new members of management and sales related positions in a one-on-one and online setting long before you ever step foot into your hotel. For our other valued associates, similar training is conducted either in your hotel or one of our nearby training hotels (if applicable). This ensures that all associates regardless of their position are given the tools they will need to be successful from the moment they begin to take care of our guests. As standards and procedures change over time, so will your training. Throughout your employment, training is ongoing so that you are kept up-to-date on new company and brand initiatives.
