OUR GROWING PORTFOLIO
As of the Fall of 2015, Duke Hospitality has 10 hotels in its portfolio across two states. 6 more ventures are in the pipeline and with other projects coming online within the next several months, we’re expected to increase our portfolio to 20 hotels and our footprint to 4 states within the by the Spring of 2017.
